Customer Service Desk

Lost and found
Lost property is collected at the Centre Management Office. All items are held for a period of three months, except for valuable items, which are handed to the local police station.

If you have misplaced an item, please contact the Customer Service Team on 03 9361 5511, or email us at customerservice@watergardens.com.au to provide a description and leave your details.
Mobility equipment
Require some extra help getting around the centre or know someone who does? We offer a range of mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and motorised scooters. 

Equipment can be borrowed from the Customer Service Desk during staffed hours. To ensure the sanitisation and safe handling of hire equipment, bookings are essential with a minimum of 48 hour notice, please call (03) 9361 5511.
Retailer Information
If you need to find your way around the centre, simply use our electronic Wayfinder Directories located at the entrances in the centre. If you need further assistance feel free to contact Customer Service and speak with our friendly staff who will guide you in the right direction.
Gift Cards

Having trouble deciding on the right gift? Good news – we’ll help you remove all the guesswork with the Watergardens Gift Card. 

The perfect gift for all ages, tastes and occasions, our Gift Cards can be redeemed at all Watergardens retailers – including cafes and casual dining venues, supermarkets and major stores.
 
Presented in a stylish gift-worthy wallet, Watergardens Gift Cards are available in values ranging from $20–$500* and are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

Gift Cards can be purchased cashless from the Customer Service Desk or contactless online. Purchase online to conveniently send to you or your loved one via registered post, or collected by yourself or your recipient through click and collect when the gift card is ready.

*Please note a $1.50 activation fee applies per cards and $4.95 postage fee applies per order (maximum of 5 gift cards per order).
