Television presenter, cookbook author and Maha restaurant chef-owner Shane Delia is appearing alongside his beloved mum Doris, to share secrets to two of his mum's home-style Maltese recipes. Inspired by Shane's time spent in the kitchen while growing up in the west, this look-and-learn masterclass will explore the importance of food and family, and the traditions we pass on.
Guests who register to attend will receive a goodie bag with Shane's latest cookbook Spice Journey valued at $60 and a $5 voucher to spend in The Marketplace. Tickets are $10 and limited to 35 people, so be sure to register fast by clicking below!

The Bearded Bakers bring a Middle East favourite to the streets with their pop-up bakery. An all-singing, all-dancing troop of bakers will bring the entrance of the Marketplace to life in the afternoon in a cultural celebration like no other.
Visitors who spend $10 in the Marketplace on the festival day will have a chance to receive a free take home Knafeh from The Bearded Bakers.

Being the last day of school holidays, we are inviting the little ones to join us in our pop-up play kitchen and have some fun learning how to make a delicious treat. Perfect for preschoolers. No bookings will be required however, numbers will be capped at each session which commences on the hour.
Bringing together world-class NICA circus performers to wow the kids and adults, alongside face painting for kids to explore their imaginations and enjoy the day.
